Interviewer was amazing! All behavioral questions btw! Very easy and smooth process as well! Make sure to research the company well before the interview. It was an hour long but felt really quick. Two back to back interviews

Describe a time where you showed strong leadership skills. How did you handle conflict?
Breve chiamata con hr per presentare il profilo accademico e professionale e successivamente colloquio con il manager presentando un business case da ragionare insieme a lui, fatto per verificare il metodo di ragionamento.
Pretty simple mostly talked through my cv and asked me questions about how i would behave in different situations. Nothing really technical at all, which was surprising. Both partners were really friendly and they make the interview feel more like a conversation than a questionaire

it's a group interview of 12 people.
One part of the interview is debate, where 2 teams need to debate for a topic.
