I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PwC in Nov 2011
Interview
Had a pre-interview night where we met with current PwC partners; it was very informal and a good way to meet your interviewer before the actual interview. The interview itself was very generic. They do their best to make it feel like a conversation. I walked the interviewer through my resume and she asked me specific questions about certain aspects. She invited me to a second round interview during my first interview.
Second round interview is an office visit where you're given a "buddy" to walk you to your interviews with three different people. Also very generic interviews and very conversational.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to lead a group and put the group before yourself.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
