Interview
The interview process began as a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview, after working for the firm on a temporary basis. The final interaction was to inform me that I was a finalist for the position and this conversation also included salary negotiations. I was informed of a final offer, including salary, over the phone.
Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
There were 4 rounds , HM 2. Technical round 3.technical round 4. Partner round. 2nd round Was 1:1 and 3rd round was with panel . The interveiw was average mostly on experience (related t data engineering)
Timely responses, recruiter email and call to check high level knowledge. Recruiter did not know many specifics about position, just was general screening. then 3 video one on one interviews, last interview was with partner. All staff were friendly and kind, all from group I would be joining.
