Interview
I applied through Jobstreet. Within one day, the HR texted me and asked for an exam and interview.
The exam is basic knowledge in English especially in grammar. And the other one is about essays involving questions about behavior and technical knowledge about tax and accounting.
Then I waited for an initial interview, the HR and I had conversations that took about 20-30 minutes. Then I proceeded for the final interview with the manager. The manager was apparently amazed with my answers on his interview with me but then he referred me to other team manager since he thinks that I'm more suited with them. So I had to take the interview again with the other manager and had to come back again on some other days.
After the interview and deliberation, they finally told me that they will give me the job offer.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
