After CV submission and aptitude test screening, a full day interview is conducted with two rounds of interview and a bunch of other mingling activities, they called it "Super-day". The first interview is a group assessment where you will be told to act as a role in a group discussion and make a pitch after 15-30 minutes of discussion. The second interview is a partner interview which you could expect some personal questions based on your CV.

2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
