Realizei o processo seletivo de forma totalmente online. Não teve dinâmica em grupo, somente testes de inglês, raciocínio etc. Após passar em todos os processos a entrevista é direto com o sócio. Uma conversa bem dinâmica e descontraída.

Cargos anteriores, como utilizei meu inglês em no meu cargo anterior, que no caso eu trabalhava no ramo hoteleiro. O que faço no meu tempo livre, hobbies, o que estudo e se tinha interesse em fazer ciências contábeis.
Não foi utilizado perguntas técnicas.

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
