It was not very difficult to answer the questions at the tests, however it took me some nerves to answer the questions at the interview. they all - all these international companies - want people to be happy just from the fact of working in such a great company. you have to show this happyness during the interview. if you are interested in this, then it is your best choice. but if you think you will be too free-minded, than it is better to work individually but not within a huge massive machine that consistes of thousands loyals details. I am still thinking whether it is acceptable for me.
Had a in-person interview - One with an audit manager and an audit Partner. It was a University recruiting process. The interview was mainly conversational and get to know type of questions

Interview
Phone interview first with recruiter. 2nd interview in person with senior and manager at office. One last interview over webcam with director. The 2nd and 3rd interview were exactly the same just with different people.
