Interview
About 12 people, divided into A and B groups, discuss the Case.
Icebreaker: everyone has a keyword, let everyone introduce themselves when the keywords with, more test of on-the-spot ability, is the back of the self-introduction or really have the ability to see it is easy to see.
Reading Case: Each person in the same group has a different Case, each person has a piece of detailed introduction, plus other people's brief introduction of the background, the content of the Case can not be detailed, as for investment decisions.
Discuss: Describe yourself and discuss one or two projects to invest in. This is a challenging time for a teammate because if he gives the wrong description, the whole team will make the wrong decision.

Q:You are working on a project, and the DDL is very tight, when the senior gives you an urgent and important task, the DDL is similar to the previous task, what will you do ?
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.

Praticamente inizia l'hr chiedendo di parlare delle tue esperienze del perchè hai scelto una determinata facoltà e perchè in particolare quel percorso di studi. Poi chiedono descriviti in 2 aggettivi
chiamata con hr breve per fissare un colloquio a distanza e successivo colloquio tecnico in ambito contabilità e bilancio con manager di riferimento, feedback molto veloce il tutto è durato tre settimane
