Interview
Application, online assessment, digital interview. First had to fill in application for what role you wanted with academic and employment experience, then an online assessment from a third party organisation with logical games. Finally a digital interview as you questions to record submissions.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to face change in a workplace setting, how did you overcome it?
Applied through official career site, Received invitation to Online Assessment within a day, After finishing the OA, got an email mentioning I passed the online assessment and then received a rejection letter after 3 weeks without any update in between.
Completed a rather long cognitive test where I was asked a series of problem solving questions, followed by a series of questions where I had to choose which of the 3 options sounded most like me. Then there was a 1 way interview where they asked 2 questions.
Il colloquio conoscitivo per il PwC Edge Graduate Program in M&A è stato nel complesso positivo. Si è trattato di un primo incontro conoscitivo, focalizzato soprattutto sul percorso accademico, sulle motivazioni della candidatura e sull’interesse per il settore M&A. L’intervistatore è stato disponibile e il clima del colloquio è stato professionale ma tranquillo
