Application deadline was more than a year before the job would start. The process was very protracted. I went to an assessment day and had a good overall experience. Three different interviews, one group case, one individual case and then a personality interview. Then at the partner interview the experience was bad, she was not prepared. Didn't have my resume and was very sceptic. Maybe our personalities just didn't match but I got a weird vibe from her.
