First interview was with partner. Super laid back. Didn’t even ask me any questions. Just talked about how school was and our common interests. Second interview with senior manager. Asked couple behavioral questions. Not bad at all

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
