Interview
Conversational interview focused on past experience and future ambitions. Questions tested candidate motivations and provided opportunity to sell your achievements. Overall the interview was a friendly process and candidates should not feel intimidated at all. The best preparation is to know your own motivations and to articulate those clearly.

What is your most significant achievement of the past 5 years?
Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
