3 rounds, all Personal interviews from basic to technicalities
HR round is the catch, once you are confident and being frank of your knowledge you'll get through
It's OK to not know full of your MBA curriculum, anyway during orientation and induction you'll gain the practical knowledge required for your role
One individual zoom manager interview
+ one partner group interview
(one partner+one manager : three candidates)
Overall quite nice atmosphere
Partner in is like coffee chat
lots of casual chat
Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
