The interview process consisted of three separate interviews, each lasting one hour. The structure and format of these interviews were fairly standard, following typical procedures without any unusual elements. However, one notable aspect of the experience was the lengthy waiting period between each stage of the process. After each interview, there was a significant delay before receiving any response or feedback. This extended waiting time for communication and the final decision made the overall process feel much longer than anticipated. Despite the straightforward nature of the interviews themselves, the delays in response time and feedback were a notable downside of the experience.

Can you give an example of a time when you had to make a tough decision? What was the outcome?

I interviewed for a position that's slightly out of my expertise. They took the time to understand why and was engaging to explain what the role requires. There were 3 of them.
Softball questions. Technical questions were nothing difficult and so weren't memorable. Interviews were more of a soft skills check than anything else. The decision was already made once my resume was seen.

Processo bastante estruturado e longo, com múltiplas etapas. Incluiu conversa inicial com Talent Acquisition, teste de inglês, entrevistas com liderança da prática e etapa final com apresentação de case presencial. As conversas foram bem conduzidas, com foco em experiência anterior, fit com consultoria, capacidade de delivery, visão comercial, geração de pipeline, transformação e construção de soluções para clientes. O processo exigiu preparação consistente e boa capacidade de estruturar problemas de negócio.
