It was an intense but invaluable learning experience. The multiple stages of interviews and assessments were challenging, pushing me out of my comfort zone, but ultimately rewarding. Each step tested different skills, and though it was tough at times, it helped me grow both professionally and personally. I'm grateful for the insights gained and the opportunity to improve.

They focus heavy on experience, so make sure you come prepared.
Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
