Smooth and very easy with the process and it was such a competitive yet fulfilling experience to speak with high regard partners and directors. I was asked basic questions but in depth especially with experience and also background knowledge.
Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
The first interview was the initial screening call, followed by technical and behavioral interviews assessing skills, experience, and problem solving. Final round focuses on team fit, communication, and role expectations before decision.
