      Tech Lead Interview

      Nov 4, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pwrteams in Feb 2023

      Interview

The process included a home task, a 1-hour technical interview and behavioural interview — all of them were well-structured and focused on practical, real-world engineering, not LeetCode or live coding puzzles. The home task was realistic, allowed for creativity, and tested design and problem-solving skills in a relevant context. The follow-up technical interview was a thoughtful deep dive into the solution, discussing trade-offs, architecture, and reliability topics. Overall, the process felt fair, respectful, and aligned with senior-level backend work — definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had.
