Do you have beauty marks, frekless, a few zits on your face? Forget you will pass if yes. If you don't fit into the scheme which they are looking for on that day...well it's not your lucky day. Even if you are the best candidate on the Earth. They start with a lie on the assessment day which is just unacceptable.

got a mail for online assessment after getting shortlisted, then i was being called to kolkata to attend the recruitment drive which was held in hotel at first i had to complete one english test after the our height and weight were checked then after that one on one interview was taken and after that some them proceeded to the final round
