Interview
Saw opportunity online, sent resume to recruiter, was invited for an interview with the hiring manager a few days later .The manager was technically hands-on. The questions were fair, and could be answered faster by a person who worked on the issues recently. This is a fast pace environment.
With two other engineers in a call that lasted about an hour. They asked questions about my resume and some technical questions on programming in C and C++, but the questions weren't too difficult and they were very welcoming.

The interviewer was aggressive and confrontational. He made me doubt what I was saying for each answer, and made me generally uncomfortable for the entire 45 minutes. I did not enjoy it.

Had two telephonic interviews, one with a senior engineer and one with the manager. Each was 30 minutes long. Questions were mainly based on resume and core embedded concepts like communication protocols and basic C concepts.
