Hicieron un open house Para el Puesto de Customer Service sin mencionar jamás que incluía algo de programación, se me dijo q es una campaña de Customer Service para instakart y que el trabajo era dar la atención al cliente, checa pedidos, saldos, escalaciones, lo normal.
Pasé casi 4 horas haciendo evaluaciones de escritura e inglés en computadora antes siquiera de hablar con un entrevistador, si no las pasas no hablas con nadie y solo te dan las gracias.
Pasé mis evaluaciones, me programaron una entrevista por zoom a los 2 días, me mandaron un correo de que la pasé y muchas felicidades y mandé mis papeles.
Después de todo eso me mandaron un correo con una evaluación en lenguaje de código del que nadie me habló ni se informó que era parte del trabajo, no estaba en mis habilidades por lo que no lo pasé, y me mandaron correo dando las gracias. Te hacen perder el tiempo pasando por un proceso de varios días para al final batearte con una evaluación de un sistema que no tiene que ver con Customer Service.
