The interview questions were very standard which, on the positive side, allows you to have your standard interview responses ready to go. On the negative side, if you are more than just the sum of your resume and cookie-cutter Q & As, it will not be picked up from this interview technique.

The interview process was first over the phone with human resources and then took place at the Seattle office in a group setting. The group went around and read questions off a pre-written list.
