Initial phone screening with HR, mostly behavioural questions covering the requirements of the role. Potential problems with visa were raised, which I guess ended up being the reason why I didn't go to the next phase. No feedback was given after the first call.

There were multiple interviews. 2 of the interviewers asked me the exact same set of behavioral-related questions, and one interviewer was 20 minutes late to what was supposed to be a 30 mins interview session. The whole process felt very much like they were "going through the motion".
