I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
Was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Asked if I would be interested in learning more about a recruiting specialist role with Qualtrics. A few days later someone else on the recruiting team called me and we chatted a bit about the position. I said I'd be interested, and she asked me a few quick questions about my career experience, goals, gpa, etc. Was told that I'd be contacted soon with more information on the interview process. A few days later, I was sent a "Thanks for your application, but we are persuing other candidates" email. This left me a bit confused, as I had never filled out an application. I'm sure they had plenty of great candidates (they're a prestigious company to work for), but I was a bit confused about going from being approached by a recruiter to a "thanks but no thanks" email in a week. I reached out to both the recruiter who contacted me and the recruiter I spoke with on the phone for some feedback/clarification, but it's been a couple of weeks without a response.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Nov 2023
Interview
Recruiters reached out to me on indeed. Easy to communicate with, were flexible with my schedule, and seemed like cool people. After the first phone call, they scheduled 3 zoom interviews right away.
