Opportunity Development is a pipeline program designed to train and then feed the most qualified hires up into the sales force. So despite that the initial work within Opportunity Development may seem simple or menial, it is also intentionally challenging. Qualtrics takes the hiring process seriously as they are ultimately searching for qualified sales people and future leaders within their growing organization. So in other words, don't take the interview lightly. Founders and top managers will interview you and grill you to get an understanding for your true character and personality. Fluff answers will not fly. Come prepared with specific success stories to back how you answer questions what makes you feel you are prepared for the job. I was interviewed 3 or 4 times and later received an offer. Qualtrics is very reasonable with decision deadlines and is willing to extend the deadline if you need more time to think about the decision.

They called for a phone interview, set up a face-to-face interview, then called me in to shadow for half an hour. I was interviewed by 5 different people. Very nice and interesting but I applied to one position and then they interviewed me for a different one and wanted me to defend my reasons for applying.
