The first call was the most informational. The second call no-showed me three times and would reschedule. The final Senior call was 10 minutes late to the call and basically just told me that I didn't have enough years of mgmt experience, which you can see directly from my LinkedIn profile. She then told me that I would hear back from her about a more junior role.
They then proceeded to ghost me. Not a good sign coming straight from recruiting leadership. Poor candidate experience, being in recruiting it's not difficult to send out a rejection email. I interviewed a few years ago for another role and was ghosted then as well.
Very poor interview experience overall. Hopefully, the recruiting department isn't representative of the company values as a whole.
