I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Recruiter gives you a call. Asks you questions like are you happy with your current job? How would you current manager rate you? Most meaningless questions ever for a software engineer. If they think, you can speak English and comprehend and see a resume match, you move on to the next step.
On the next step, an engineer would interview you. Questions are rapid fire basic computer science questions, technical resume questions and 1 coding problem.
I absolutely nailed the interview but I got a reject saying we will move forward with another candidates. I feel the interviewers are less experienced and just out of college and perhaps need more experience. They should also respect candidates time and investment if it was a reject based on resume and relevant experience before they even schedule you for interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
The whole process was remote. I was referred by a friend who works here.
1. Chat with recruiter
2. Chat with hiring manager (behavioral questions)
3. Coding Question on hacker rank
4. System Design question - interviewer didn't turn on camera, said very little throughout the process
The recruiter told me that they had been slow in making a decision, that they will get back to me. They never got back to me.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you made a mistake. How did you handle it?
Started with a Recruiter screen - overview about company
ML Knowledge - basics of LLMs and your relevant projects
LeetCode - two basic easy and med leetcode problems
Takes a long time to hear back after each round - better to reach out after each round to ask about next steps.
First step is recriuter screen. Then 45 min technical with a software engineer, final round is 90 min technical and 30 min behavioral. They will have you schedule them on a web service called goodtime. Interviewer was very friendly.
