I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2023
Interview
Several interviews with managers and a take home project. Thr project was given with a 24 hour notice to return it, generally themed around a high level product strategy. The interviews were scheduled to suit us working hours despite it being an Ireland based job. The project is a very old school way of assessing candidates, I dropped out at this stage.

Question 1
I was asked how I would manage customers responding poorly to a feature and how you would build contingency into this process.
Pretty straightforward:
1. Hiring manager
2. Interview loop
Basic design and engineering manager interview.
Study normal PM interviews and you will be fine and will just come down to how well you tell your stories and if you are the right fit for the team.

Question 1
How did you lead a product from conception to delivery
From 2021 so this process may have changed—Began with a phone interview. Second round, I was emailed a list of three time slots and responded with the one that best fit my availability. I didn’t realize the recruiter was telling me that I had three back to back calls. I only showed up to one and had to reschedule the other two after the recruiter emailed me about it. I wasn’t sure why she wouldn’t have said anything when I emailed her selecting one.
The interviews went well but they didn’t get back with a decision for over a month, even though they had given a turn around time of two weeks. I sent an email asking for an update and they said they were delayed but would have it in two weeks. I sent an email a month later and they then told me I wouldn’t be getting an offer. It felt like a waste of my time
