I interviewed with this company and the experience was disappointing. The first step with the recruiter was very easy. They had me complete an Excel test, which was extremely basic, and build a short presentation. I delivered something balanced — not too simple, not too basic. Despite this, I was rejected without any constructive feedback, and afterward they completely ghosted me with no closure.
From both my experience and what I’ve heard internally, the company seems to be heavy on meetings and presentation “fluff” rather than substance. The culture is described as a so-called “family” environment — but in reality, that “family” culture is toxic and unhealthy.
Pros: Structured interview process, clear instructions.
Cons: Ghosting candidates, pointless busywork in interviews, and a toxic “family” culture that should be a red flag for anyone considering them.
