I sat on a panel of three people consisting of the Hiring Manager, their Team Lead and a Human Resource Manager. I worked for 2 years in the position that I was interviewing for and knew everyone. The Hiring Manager and Team Lead asked a list of questions and the HR Manager just sat in took notes.
