Initial HR interview, hiring manager, small assignment presentation to hiring manager and another manager in the department - both lovely, great discussion.
Long standing company, however doesn’t seem like there is much support in terms of reporting/resources/structure.
The third interview with the director of the department is where it gets unfortunate. Seemed like the interview was a waste of time for them, dismissive, very cold, no discussion - very robotic. Asking purposely tricky questions unrelated to the job - seemed like she took pleasure out of taking advantage of her position and making the interviewee seem lesser than her.
Would seriously consider declining if I got an offer due to this. Was completely turned off.
HR rep was great with good communication.
