The recruitment process involved filling out a series of outdated, pointless questions and completing a coding task. The questions felt like something out of the 90s, asking things like "What kind of animal are you?" or "List reasons why we shouldn't hire you." There was zero human interaction, just impersonal, laughable questions. Overall, a waste of time.
