contacted by HR for internship, easy to schedule interview. laid back environment with lots of opportunities to network within employees from other parent company brands. everyone seemed really friendly and enjoyed what they were doing. interviewed by 3 more senior employees, for 2 positions.
There were two interviews, very relaxed and conversational! The interviewers were friendly and just want to get to know you. I believe you typically get interviewed by managers and directors.
I had a Skype interview with four members of the team. I had several marketing and media experiences before. Overall interview was pretty chill. They asked some fun questions but also some unordinary questions that me and my co-workers didn't really see the point.

Kinda scrambled, and thrown together. They cancelled on me once before having me interview with the wrong person. Then they had technical difficulties. But overall I felt like I had a good idea of what I was getting myself into.
