Remax gathered a group of people wanting to get into the business and hand picked the candidates they felt best fit their company. Experience isn't everything they are looking for....enthusiasm goes a long ways.
The phonecall was brief and not very informative, the be your own boss and uncapped earnings advertised seem to good to be true and the chat I had with them seemed to emphasize these but not talk about the ins and outs of the role.
