I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RE/MAX (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jan 2020
Interview
Absolutely rubbish. I'm trying to be a new agent and I've already completed a real estate agent course and property course and have a CPD certficate. I was told I can't join even with this unless I pay for their training which is £1200 and has a lot fewer topics than what I already learned and know and have a certificate for. You then have to pay £120 a month for a desk in an office even if you don't use it. The recruiter was nice and helpful but the company's business strategy is a mess. Basically can compare it to buying a new car and you have to pay for driving lessons each time you purchase a car.
