Interview
I was hired late in the holiday season, so I missed the group interview. Basically had a very short in store interview with the manager. I applied online, was called back but the dates didn't work for me - I went into the store later and talked to the manager.
Simple video interview that you record answers to. Plenty of things to re record and review your answers. Also, a few typed answers but nothing too difficult
Overall a very easy process.
very personable. Very kind. Lots of opportunities to ask questions and connect on a personal level. We found a lot of common ground and while there were required questions to ask, it went very well and long because we were just talking for a long time.

I interviewed for one job was told to do another. this job was not worth the experience in sales. the enjoinment was toxic due to the high turn over of employees due to the lack of risk management.
