Video platform with recording of answer was very fair (several tries). In-person interview was also very friendly and as enjoyable as an interview process can be. All in all a good experience.
They make you do a virtual interview where you answer questions while recording yourself. They will reach out via phone if you are a fit. Lastly, they will send an offer letter via email.
