Short and easy, the interviewer was kind and gave me good info about the company. Good experience and felt confident after. Contacted promptly after interview with offer. I have never had an interview process be so efficient and succinct
I applied in-person. I interviewed at RER in Mar 2023
Interview
Totally unprofessional interview steps, felt like in the first place I had to”marry” the company then they will get to know me . They presented themselves, the benefits, what the job suppose and so on and told me that the process is one step interview, after a few days the HR proposed an offer , then they want to make sure (actually insisted) that on my side i like them and want to go on with them and i’ll agree with a proposed offer that will come officially on the email. In between, HR offered me the option to see the team, chat a little, but after that, the team leader called me next day, had an informal call about my experience and then told the HR i’m not a good fit. So they just called me back to tell me that i’ve lied in my CV and will not go further with the offer.

Question 1
Barely a few questions about me, they were pretty concerned about why i left my former job after a few months rather than value my experience, also they preferred to talk about what they do and had to ask them about each benefit and what exacly the job was supposed to be about (they haven’t sent a real, extensive JD before the interview/ discussion)
