I was contacted via external HR and had a non-technical 1h interview in 2021 with their technical manager and HR manager. After ~1Week I got the feedback from the external HR that they will not continue with the hiring process because I'm not fit from a technical point of view. Note that the interview wasn't a technical one... not sure what the actual problem was, but the overall experience was poor since they failed to communicate and provide a relevant feedback.
