Interview
The interview process was a combination of interviews with the HR/recruiting team and assessments. There were many stages to the interview process, but each felt intentional and overall the process moved quickly. I felt that throughout the interview process, I gained a good understanding of the company culture and the specifics of the job I was applying for. This was important to me, I wanted to be confident that working at ROI was a good choice for me, and by the end of the interview process I was able to answer those questions.
It was clear to me through the interview process that ROI takes hiring very seriously, and they are careful about who they hire. Be prepared with great answers to the typical interview questions (why do you want this job, why are you qualified for this job, etc.) but I suggest being prepared to answer questions that demonstrate you've critically looked at your past experience and have thought in depth about the role you're applying for. Being able to accept feedback and having an eye for a career (as opposed to a year or so) with ROI are also important!

Interview
I interviewed with the HR staff, had a second interview, took a typing test and a skills and personality test. I then interviewed with HR and the manager, and was invited to interview in person. After I was offered the position the following day. Friendly and communicative HR staff, reasonable asks for testing.

Interview
Applied online. Contacted by a recruiter and did a scripted 20 minute phone interview. Invited to an "in-person assessment". Prior to the office visit I was asked to complete a Koble assessment- a test from 1987 which determines instinctive behaviors. This test was archaic and riddled with grammatical errors, I do not believe any modern company should rely on these results. Also was asked to bring a copy of my undergraduate transcript and a background check. The in-person assessment consisted of an hour long testing of spatial, verbal, and numerical reasoning. The questions were about as difficult as the GRE. The questions were not in anyway related to the position or company. Following the assessment was a 25-3o question grammar/spelling test, which seemed a little more relevant.
