I had interviewed at RSA during Covid. Everything was done online. I had 5 rounds of interview (including HR round). Everything was done within 2 weeks and I had my offer letter on week 3rd.

Define Scrum, Kanban. Explain how do you facilitate scrum ceremonies. Explain how WIP is applied for Kanban teams. On a high level explain the product that your current team is building. Exposure to SAFe and its ceremonies.
