I had three phone interviews. The first was with HR, the second with a Director, and the third with a Partner. They were all easy. They asked about my experience and why I wanted to leave my current job. Then they tried to sell the job to me. The in office interview took about 2 hours. I met with 3 people- a senior, a manager, and a director, and they walked me around the office. Each interviewer met with me for 30 minutes and asked the same types of questions that the phone interviews covered. The manager asked more technical questions about my experience and led an easy case study. It involved looking at the financial statements of a company and determining which accounts, ratios, and fluctuations raised red flags. It was not bad. I was told at the senior level with no TAS experience, they just want to see you think through a few things. So it was low pressure and took about 15 minutes. Definitely review EBITDA adjustments beforehand. RSM’s website has some guides that explain what TAS does which I found helpful.
