Online assessment, then video assessment, then assessment center. The online assessment was relatively easy - some GSCE level math questions, along with questions to see if you are a good fit for the company.
30 minute strengths interview, mini group tasks (e.g. sorting beads by colour, counting 50 marbles, thinking of 10 countries starting with s, a vegetable for every letter of the alphabet), role play with interviewer pretending to pitch to a potential client and discussion with interviewer about a report you prepared in advance
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RSM (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Firstly I finished the online assessment. I was invited to watch a fictitious scenario unfolding via a series of videos. And then, I received the video assessment. I answered 6 questions. It would be best if you prepared in advance because the time was limited. I reckon that answer 6 questions with time limits was a quite difficult thing.

Imagine that you received some feedback on your performance from your manager, but you did not fully understand what they meant.
How would you use that feedback and why.
