Interview
I interviewed at RSM back in February and didn't get the job. I thought it was an easy interview and thought I did well. Basically a conversation. Nice people. I went through 4 interviews with them.
Four 30-minute interviews with four different people. It was a very friendly and conversation-type interview. Met with the potential team one would be with. It is an online interview and they were back to back so it took 2 hours.

Interview
Extremely personable. They want to know you, not just you on paper. They ask you questions to learn your personality, really. They want to see if they like you enough to work those long hours with you. The interview was very long and tiring but well worth it.
