Two rounds: In the first one, the hardest question they asked was "How have you demonstrated integrity in the past?" and then they leave a lot of time for you to ask questions about the company so come prepared! The second round was little to no behavioral questions and just a time for you to talk with an employee at RSM and get to share about yourself in a casual conversational manner.

Professional, good and friendly bosses, well structured. Environment looks pretty good as well. In a good location. Look forward to working in the company and with different colleagues from different countries.

Tell me about yourself and your past work experience
The interview process was very simple and completely behavioral. You’ll have an initial phone screening with a recruiter and then two 30 minute interviews with a manager and director or partner.
