Very easy going. Hannah and the RSM staff are very welcoming and the culture here is like no other. Smooth transitioning with each interviewer and felt it was more of a conversation rather than a structured interview.

Tell me about yourself and your past work experience
The interview process was very simple and completely behavioral. You’ll have an initial phone screening with a recruiter and then two 30 minute interviews with a manager and director or partner.
