I applied online and then received an email to schedule 2 30-minute back-to-back interviews with higher-ups in the firm. Very laid-back interview questions, mostly behavioral but also many get to know you questions.
There are 4 questions and each question has 2 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. It takes around 25-30 minutes to finish the whole process and it usually takes 7 days to receive a result.

Most of the interview at RSM US LLP focused on your personality and your previous job experience, with questions assessing how you communicate, handle situations, and fit within the company culture.
