Question 1
What was one of the biggest challenges you’ve faced and how did you move past it?
The interview was not intimidating at all and I really felt like the people wanted me to succeed. Standard behavioral questions but I had prepared beforehand. some surprising curveballs but I was quick on my feet thanks to prep. There isn't much to say besides prepare, know RSM, and clearly demonstrate you are there to learn and show you want this opportunity.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RSM in Mar 2024
Interview
Relatively easy behavioral interview, just one round of two consecutive behavioral interviews with two different recruiters. One of them was very chill, just asked about what I knew about the company which I had already done research on, and conversation lead to more engaging topics like my interests in AI, what I thought were the biggest advancements in the field, etc. -- basically molded to my interests which could be inferred from my resume. Other interview was a little less conversational, more cookie-cutter STAR format type questions.
