About a 3 month process. More about behavioral than technical. There was a technical assessment around OOP, SQL, general coding question. Nothing too difficult. After assessment and behavioral screening, there is an in person interview scheduled.

Question 1
What are your greatest strengths? Weaknesses? Areas of Growth?
2 behavioral interviews. My interviewers were really friendly and flexible. I initially thought I would be interviewing for a different role so they explained how it was similar but just a different software to learn. The mix up wasn’t their fault but it worked out in the end
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSM in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview revolved around basic SQL queries (select, update, insert, delete, etc...) and object oriented programming questions. There was a mix of Python and C++, but nothing crazy. The whole interview was an hour online assessment.
