Interview
First you need to pass an online test, then two interviews follow. First interview was motivational, and some small technical questions. Second interview was completely technical, concerned accounting topics, valuation techniques and some small m&a related questions.

Interview
Required CV, motivation and grades. After that standard SHL tests. Then invited for an interview in Utrecht. 2 interviews, each 45 mins with associates. Interview was more than 80% just technical questions, no behavioral or opinion on past deals, etc.

Accounting questios: how are the 3 financial statements connected, which 1 is the most important for valuation, etc.
