The interview process starting off with the company principal contacting me about the role. She contacted me numerous times and was very discoordinated regarding the process. I took the interview and then asked for feedback after a reasonable time. They kept ducking my emails and calls as if I did not exist. They finally responded by indicating that I didn't get the role.
Alright, well that wasn't great in itself but live and let live right?
No, the recruiter contacted me and asked me why I wasted everyone's time when there were better candidates.
Now get this, I have 26 years of experience and I am a Cloud Architect.
This was a basic cloud administrator role.
I could NEVER recommend this company based upon that level of unprofessionalism or take a future role with them once the economy gets better.
Like companies do, I keep permanent records of these encounters as to avoid future issues.
